Rope light Labyrinth

5th August 2008: A wonderful evening was held in Fionnualas house with 38 people walking the ropelight labyrinth, and taking part in a peace meditation (see The Peace Scroll...).

This labyrinth design is in the form of Ariadne's thread. Ariadne helped Theseus in and out of the labyrinth as he went to kill the Minotaur. It tells us that even when we seem to be faced with insurmountable tasks, that we are not alone and that there is help there for us.

This labyrinth is walked by following the thread, or light in this case. It was a beautiful experience and the peacefuness in the garden during and after the two walks was amazing.
